The hotel had two rooms that were tired and in need of refurbishment, but the new and clean atmosphere was refreshing. The service, although unhelpful at first, turned out to be extremely helpful and great. The location was excellent and very central, perfect for our purpose. The dining experience, unfortunately, was a bit of a disappointment for the price.

The service is nice, although we had an issue with the accusation of smoking in the room leading to an early departure without a refund for the last night. The location is ideal for accessing the CBD and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The dining, while offering breakfast, was a bit disappointing considering the price. I had a fantastic stay at Country Comfort. The rooms were comfy, clean, and warm, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only minor downsides were the lack of ice trays in the freezer and designated smoking areas. Overall, the hotel was brilliant, modern, and very clean, providing all the necessary amenities.
